Announced on Twitter last night, Lance Armstrong, seven-time winner of the Tour de France, will be riding the world’s largest timed cycle race, our very own, Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle Tour on 14 March 2010.
Cycling around the breathtaking Cape Peninsula and having the opportunity to experience our warm hospitality, we are thrilled to welcome Lance to Cape Town and the Western Cape!
Let’s hope we see him here again for the 2010 FIFA World CupTM going Beyond the 90 Minutes with thousands of other fans, and that he will return to participate in the ABSA Cape Epic Mountain Bike race in 2011!
